1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Real2Reels (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the Service only with that consent. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits it.
2. What the Service does
Real2Reels is a mobile game that turns real life into Reels through gameplay. Users play, real moments become Reels. Features may include gameplay prompts, camera or media tools, editing, saving, and user-directed sharing. Available features may differ by device, region, account, or app version.
3. Accounts and Facebook Login
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. If you use Facebook Login, your use of Facebook remains subject to Meta’s terms and policies. Real2Reels does not receive your Facebook password. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, follow our Data Deletion instructions.
4. Recording safely and respecting others
You are responsible for using the camera, microphone, and gameplay features safely and lawfully. Do not use the Service while driving or in a way that creates a distraction, trespasses, or puts you or anyone else at risk. Obtain any permission required before recording, uploading, or sharing another person, private property, music, or other protected material.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of photos, videos, audio, text, and other content you create or provide (“User Content”). You grant Real2Reels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify solely for technical formatting, process, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the features you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for limited backup retention, legal obligations, or copies shared outside Real2Reels at your direction.
You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed for User Content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You are responsible for deciding what to record and who can see content you share.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consent, or other rights.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or harm another person, including a child.
- Post unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or dangerously misleading content.
- Upload malware, interfere with the Service, bypass security, or access accounts or data without permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Use bots or automated means to scrape, overload, manipulate, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it.
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or the Service, or comply with law.
7. Real2Reels materials
The Service, including its software, gameplay, prompts, visual design, branding, and materials provided by Real2Reels, is owned by or licensed to Real2Reels and protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
8. Third-party platforms and app stores
The Service may connect to third-party services such as Facebook and may be distributed through an app store such as Google Play. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Real2Reels is responsible for the Service, not Meta, Google, or another third party. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
9. Privacy and permissions
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including Facebook public profile and email data. Device permissions are optional, but some features will not work without the permission they need. You can change permissions in device settings.
10. Changes, updates, and availability
We may add, remove, or change features and may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Updates may be required to continue using some features. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the Service, or if the Service is discontinued. Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. You may end your use at any time and request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Real2Reels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Disputes and applicable law
Before filing a formal claim, contact us and describe the issue so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. We do not require private arbitration under these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
